It’s National Family Week from 26th May to 1st June and to celebrate this and to showcase all the great work done at the Hunsbury Hill Centre by the members of the Rose and Pathways projects, Northamptonshire Police, who manage these projects, are holding a Community Open Day in conjunction with Northamptonshire ACRE, Northampton Borough Council and Groundwork.

We have lots of stalls for you to browse around and the following activities will take place (weather permitting!):
Meet the Owls
Build a den in the woods
Join a treasure hunt
Try out the fire engine and police car
Sow a sunflower seed (and guess the smell)
- Giant outdoor Jenga and Connect 4
- Arts and crafts area
- Watch the bees at work
- Outdoor races
There will be refreshments available from the Drovers Return cafe and ice cream from Marios. Entry to the day is free and we welcome dogs as well, although please keep them on a lead. There is some parking at the Hunsbury Hill Centre (download the HHC location map) and additional parking is available in the car park area next to the Ironstone Railway, which is further along Hunsbury Hill Road (Google map here).
