Electric Vehicle Charging Points - Funding for Village Halls

OZEV (the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles) has now made it possible for charities to secure a grant to install an Electric Vehicle charge point.  The relevant funding scheme for village hall charities is the Workplace Charging Scheme – you’ll need to check the hall matches the eligibility conditions including, for example, the need to own the car park on a freehold or leasehold basis: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/workplace-charging-scheme-guidance-for-applicants
