Martyn's Law - Government Consultation

The Government has launched a further consultation in respect of the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill also known as Martyn’s Law.  The consultation is on the proposed requirements imposed on Standard Tier premises i.e. those with a capacity of between 100 and 799 and village halls are encouraged to respond.  The deadline for the new consultation is 18th March 2024: https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/martyns-law-standard-tier-consultation.
