Recruitment of CEO

Due to planned retirement, the Trustees of Northamptonshire ACRE are pleased to invite candidates to apply for the role of Chief Executive.

This full-time role (salary c£50k) provides options for flexibility of timings of work and place of work, with at least 3 days based in the office per week.

We are looking for an effective, experienced leader who will be able to oversee and direct all operational functions and support the strategic direction with Trustees to ensure that NACRE continues to grow and flourish.  Our primary aim is to support the rural ecosystem of Northamptonshire to ensure equity, access and quality in our rural communities.  We achieve this through targeted projects supporting each rural area and have a broad funding base to help support this work.
